Our furniture frames are made from .063 heavy gauge aluminum tubing, welded with full circumference welds. The frames undergo sandblasting for optimal adhesion during the Powder Coating Process, resulting in a durable, high-luster finish.

We use 100% pure virgin vinyl for our strapping. It’s treated with mildew inhibitors and UV stabilizers to prevent fading and weathering. Each piece of furniture has double-wrapped vinyl strapping anchored to the frame with nylon studs to prevent strap detachment.

Orders can be paid in full upon ordering or with a 50% deposit. Balance can be paid Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Out-of-state orders require 100% prepayment, and new accounts without approved credit must also be prepaid. Major credit cards are accepted.

Shipments are generally routed at our discretion. Specific carrier requests can be accommodated. Our trucks may deliver to certain areas with a delivery charge. Most new orders are shipped within 2-5 weeks or less.

Any damage must be noted on the freight bill upon delivery. It’s important to save all shipping cartons. Claims for freight damages should be filed with the freight company by the consignee.

Returns must be authorized in advance with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. A copy of the original invoice must be attached. A 25% Restock Fee applies to all returns, including cancellations of prepaid orders. This fee covers any deposits made.

We offer a 10-year limited warranty on frames for both commercial and residential buyers against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Finish warranty is 3 years against peeling or blistering.

Our vinyl straps are warranted against breakage for 2 years. Sling fabric and workmanship are warranted for 1 year for commercial use and 3 years for residential use.

Warranties are void if furniture is damaged by acts of nature, harsh chemicals, abuse, unauthorized repairs, sulfur water, self-tanning lotions, normal wear & tear, or lack of proper maintenance. There is no warranty for scratches, color changes, or fading.

We recommend regular cleaning with mild detergent for frames and vinyl, especially to remove mildew buildup. Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, or abrasive substances. Follow specific care instructions for cushions, tabletops, and umbrellas.

Avoid adjusting recliner headrests while seated. Place hot items on protective surfaces, not directly on tabletops. Close or remove umbrellas during windy conditions.

Painted frames are available in most vinyl colors. Textured vinyl colors include white, black, dark green, and beige. Fiberglass tops come in various colors, with additional charges for some options. Custom matching of frame colors is possible for a fee.
